We found the GOLDEN TICKET!!!! Our Willy Wonka candy jar is filled with assorted super balls. The Wonka bar is made from a wooden slab wrapped in foil and topped with a wrapper we designed from the internet. This is one of our SWEETEST displays.

Yo Ho, Yo Ho! A Pirates life for me. Ahoy, Matey!! Our Pirates of the Caribbean display features the “keys” to the cell, Captain Jack Sparrow, a jeweled treasure chest, a photo of the scene from the actual ride at Disney World and aye- a treasure map! Aaaarrrrgggghhhh!

Since my husband was so proud of his work I thought I should post a close-up of “The Birds.” Made from scratch, Sandy designed these telephone poles and carefully placed each bird on the line. As he put it, “This one was for the birds!”

Here’s an updated version to our Hitchcock display. We added “The Birds” all the way from the Bodega Bay area. By using wooden dowels just duplicate the telephone poles and add birds. Be careful. They do bite.

You can turn any metal sign into a clock. This is in my Wizard of Oz kitchen. Notice the tiny clock under Dorothy? Look closely to see the ruby slippers second hand. Choose a favorite metal sign and add the clock/battery mechanism. The designs are endless!
